A) How do I create a Gift Registry?
Click on the “Create Gift Registry” link. To create a Gift Registry you must be a registered user. If you already have an account, then login to the store. After Logging in, you can create a new Gift Registry by filling the required details and can make it your Current Gift Registry by selecting the option provided on the page. Be sure to use the same email for the gift registry that you used to register for your account. When you find a product that you want to add to your Gift Registry, click on the "Add to Gift Registry" link. All the items added will be added to the Current Gift Registry. Once you have items in your registry you can share that registry by emailing it to everyone you know (ok, that might be a bit much, but you know you want to!)

B) How do I access Gift Registry?
If you received an email with a link and an access code to the gift registry, that URL will lead you to the "Invitee Validation Page". When on the "Invitee Validation Page", enter the email address and access code to see the items in the gift registry. After validating the email and access code, the items in the registry will be displayed. If the email only contained a link, but didn't include an access code, the link will take you directly to the gift registry listings.


C) How do I view a Gift Registry for someone?
Enter the email address that the Gift Registry registered under. You may purchases the items once you have selected the Gift Registry.


D) How do I tell others of my registry?
While you're creating the Gift Registry , you'll have the option to email the Gift Registry to people after you had completed your selection. You can also notify people of the registry by telling them the email address you registered the gift registry under. E) Can invitees ship to other addresses?
You get to decide when you create the Gift Registry . Simply check the option "Allow invitees to ship to other addresses". This will allow the invitees to add a new shipping address while creating their orders and also ship the purchased items to that address.

F) Can I hide the quantity of items?
If you would like to hide the quantity of the items that have already been purchased from your gift registry, simply select the option "Hide purchase from invitees". When this is selected, an invitee will only be able to see the items and prices after they use the access code provided by you.


G) What is "Current Gift Registry"?
Current Gift Registry is the default Gift Registry. Any items that you wish to add to the Gift Registry will be added to this current Gift Registry. If you want to choose one of your other Gift Registries as your Current Gift Registry, click on the gift registry link in the right hand side menu to get a list of all your gift registries. Then check the button and click on "Make Current" button to make the selection your Current Gift Registry.


H) Why can't people see my registry?
With the GreenerGrassDesign.com registry, you have the ability to define what dates your registry is for. Please make sure that the email that was used to setup the regsitry


To change the dates that your registry is visible:
First, log in. Then go into your gift registry to where you can see your products listed. Click the "Edit Gift Registry" link at the top right. Here you can change the "Start Date" and the "End Date" for your registry. This determines when you registry can be viewed.
